If you encounter any content or user behavior on our platform that you believe violates our rules and regulations or any Indian law, you may file a complaint using this form.
Rules and timelines
• Your complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours of its receipt.
• We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the complaint within 15 days.
• For complaints concerning content that depicts nudity, sexual acts, or impersonation (including morphed images), we will remove or disable access to the content within 24 hours.
• If you are not satisfied with the action taken by the Grievance Officer, you may file an appeal with the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) within 30 days of receiving our decision.
